Payment Policies: Phone and Zoom Appointments 

Appointment Cancellation
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 24hours before the appointment time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without canceling. In either case, we will charge the client a $70 missed appointment fee.


Payment Policies: Classes and Events

Payment of a deposit registers you for an event. Deposits are non-refundable after 60 days before beginning of the event.  If you cancel prior to 60 days before an event your deposit will be refunded minus a $100 administrative fee. If you cancel 30 to 60 days before an event you forfeit the full deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days before an event you owe the full tuition fee.

Payment of the balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event unless you have contacted the RCT Office to arrange a payment plan.

We reserve the right to cancel an event up to 30 days prior. If we cancel an event you will be refunded in full any payments you have made for that event.

Exceptions can be granted on a case by case review.
