Please Note: Reconnective Therapy is not a medical treatment. All we do is shift frequencies within the physical body. Within the context of RCT, the term "diagnosis" means that the practitioner recognizes which part of the body wants to be reconnected, and the term "treatment" means the facilitation of the reconnection.
Who Can Do Reconnective Therapy? The ability to do Reconnective Therapy is not a special gift someone does or doesn’t have. Rather, it is a skill you can acquire. It is my understanding and experience that learning is about remembering. We all know what energy is, how to read it, and how to work with it. We are spirit, it is our home. By coming here to the experience of life on planet earth, we have forgotten who we are and what we are capable of doing. This training is designed to help you remember who you are and how to use your abilities. After some years of teaching I begin to have a clearer understanding about the requirements for those who are serious about becoming practitioners of RCT. It is my understanding that RCT is not a modality you use but rather a path you walk. The technique of facilitating the connections can be easily explained in 5 minutes. Facilitating these connections involves your whole being, everything you are, it very strongly accelerates you on your path, much more so then if you just receive treatment or study RCT. Practicing requires a firm commitment to stay on the path of transformation. The actual practice of Reconnective Therapy can only be learned through practicing and paying attention. Training in RCT will give you beginnings and new places from which to continue your self-directed learning. I am saying this to make sure that you enter the training with as few illusions about what it takes to practice as possible. I do not mean to discourage you from doing what you are feeling called to do. It is not a problem at all to enter the training without the commitment to practice. Participation in the RCT training will tremendously boost your personal growth and healing process even if you never practice at all. It will just accelerate you much more if you enter into practice.
Initiation Most people are familiar with the auric system of frequencies. RCT works with a much higher and differently structured set of frequencies. Connections with, what I call, the “first frequency” of this set can be facilitated by anyone, and this is what I teach in the APEW series. To facilitate connections to higher frequencies than that, you must be connected to at least the “second frequency” in a very specific way. This is like a little initiation. Initiations happen the same way treatments do. The body and higher aspects of a person’s self choose what needs to happen and what a person is ready for. Please do not underestimate the efficiency and beauty of the first frequency work just because you see someone doing higher frequency work. With first frequency you will have a very safe and efficient tool to facilitate healing on all levels.
Entering into the training program includes the agreement not to use the information about the higher frequencies for treatment until your initiation is complete, or you could cause harm to yourself and/or others.
The Training Program consists of:
The Introductory Class The Introductory class is designed to be an experience that will give you a basic understanding of the function and application of RCT as well as activate you to a level that enables you to actually enter into the work. The class is five days in duration, generally including a weekend. RCT works in a very simple way, but it is quite different from our normal way of thinking about and relating to reality. These five days give you a good introduction to this new healing paradigm. During the first days of class, each student receives a treatment from Kerstin or me. As the class progresses, clients come into the class for treatment. During every treatment, we explain in detail how we are working and what we perceive during the session. This includes a lot of information about energy body structures, energetic interfaces, anatomy, physiology, body protection and much more. This will immerse you in the procedures and processes of RCT and allow you to understand, feel, see and be a part of it. The group setting serves as an amplifier of the energies that are present in diagnosis and treatment. This has been proven to create a powerful enhancement of the client’s healing process, and allows class participants to better see and feel the treatment and the healing process of the client. During and after each treatment there will be ample time for questions and discussion. Classes also include a series of exercises that will lead you step by step through the whole process of an RCT treatment. This will help you reconnect to your latent ability to perceive and work with energies. You will not be practicing RCT on each other because you need the proper level of activation first and you have to be familiar with the process before entering into it. The Introductory Class is a major transformational event, capable of providing a tremendous boost to your personal growth.
Applied Principles of Energy Work (APEW) Prerequisite: RCT Introductory Class APEW I - the biomechanics of the body, the muscles, bones, joints, pelvis, spine and skull In the Introductory class you learn that the frequencies we work with in RCT connect to the body through very specific places that I call energy interfaces. Facilitating connections through these interfaces, including first frequency, requires initiation. In the APEW class series I teach you how to do first frequency connections directly through the body part that the body of your client wants you to work with. This work is open to everyone regardless of initiation. In APEW we go step by step through the body systems. You will learn how to diagnose and reconnect everything from the muscular system to the bones to the central nervous system. This will help you learn to read and interpret the energy body and will immerse you in the procedures of RCT. First frequency connections like this also address the related parts of the mind. In the APEW classes we work on each other most of the time. This means you will get many treatments that you will need time to integrate. For this reason, the classes are two days in duration.
The RCT Intensive Prerequisites: Introductory class APEW series I-III From now on we will teach the APEW classes only up to APEW 4. After that we will teach what we call the “RCT Intensive for Advanced Practitioners”. This class is for first frequency as well as initiated practitioners. It is my observation that in every encounter we have there is an inherent motion of spirit that has one purpose and one purpose only: to facilitate healing and spiritual growth. If we accept this, we can learn to feel and follow this movement. To the degree we are able to allow this movement to penetrate the encounter, it will serve everyone involved to heal and grow. Spirit always operates beyond the limitations of our conscious mind and so the challenge that presents itself is to let go of what we think we know and to follow the movement of spirit, whatever it will ask of us. This class is three days in duration and will not have a set curriculum. It is designed to support you in feeling this motion of spirit in the encounter with your clients and to follow. It will allow you to step by step let go of what you think you know and the structures in which you work. As spirit has no boundaries, you will learn, at your own pace, to let go of yours and approach a way of working that is open to the infinite. You will approach working without structure.
The Practitioner Training We teach two different Practitioner Trainings, the one for first frequency practitioners and the one for higher frequency practitioners. Prerequisites: RCT Introductory Class
The practitioner training is for those who are seriously interested in developing an RCT practice or having already established one. The groups are small with a maximum of 8 participants. The training for first frequency practitioners is one week and for initiated practitioners it is two weeks in duration. Parts of the curriculum are set and other parts will depend on the development of the participants. - you will do treatments long distance under supervision - you will participate in Kerstin and me doing phone treatments - we will very individually attend to questions and issues that arise during these classes. We will do exercises in energetic perception and teach how to handle specific situations that can come up in treatments. The higher frequency practitioners will additionally learn how to set the parameters of the energetic space they are working in, we will do testing and a number of other things depending on the development of the participants. All this is designed to help you to find your unique way of applying the frequencies in treatments. It will help you to further develop your ability to perceive energies and give you guidance in interpreting what you see and feel, and will also make you familiar with phenomena you do not understand or have not previously noticed. It will also give you something like a map, which will help you to find your way through the vastness of RCT. Once you are familiar with RCT, you will no longer need this map, you will have remembered what you had only forgotten. The practitioner training for first frequency practitioners will be scheduled, the one for initiated practitioners will be by invitation only. When I feel that your skill has progressed to a level where you will benefit from an experience like this, I will let you know and invite you to come.
Certification The certification process (which is not part of the training program) allows me to provide clients with information about the quality of treatments available through various practitioners. Currently there are two levels of certification, certification for the practitioners that do the first frequency connection, and certification for initiated practitioners who do the higher frequency work.
