Melissa Epple - certified practitioner



 
Herwig Schoen

Melissa Epple was born in Lafayette, Indiana, and graduated from the University of New Mexico with a B.A. in Fine Arts and an M.A. in Education/Art Therapy in 1979. She has been a Natural Therapeutics Specialist for 25 years, is a Licensed Massage Therapist, and is trained in Craniosacral Therapy and Bodywork for the Childbearing Years.

Melissa became a Certified Practitioner of Reconnective Therapy in 2004 and assists in teaching and supervising some of the Applied Principles of Energy Work classes. She also offers conscious work that is designed to serve as a reminder of who we really are. She recently completed the "Foundations of Wisdom Teachings" with Humanity in Unity and leads chanting and meditation. Melissa loves to dance. She resides in Santa Fe, New Mexico with her husband of 20 years, their teenage daughter, and 2 cats.

Alice Griffin - certified practitioner

Alice Griffin was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area of California. There she raised two children and worked as a commercial artist until relocating to New Mexico in 2001 to pursue the healing arts.

Alice has been a practitioner of Reconnective Therapy since 2003 and more recently has added animal communication, specializing in horses, to her practice. She currently resides in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She has a wide scope of interests but if you don't find her at home she just might be out riding a horse.

 

 

Helena Hodl - certified practitioner

Helena was born 1962 in Komotau, in today's Czech Republic. In 1982 she started training as a nurse with an emphasis on internal medicine and oncology. She subsequently trained to become a sound bowls therapist and a release therapist, and received training in lightwork.

For many years Helena worked at a hospital that used a synthesis of internal medicine, Chinese medicine and natural healing modalities.

Helena has been a Reconnective Therapy practitioner since 2006.
 

 

Claudia Jakobs-Neumeier - certified practitioner

Claudia Jakobs-Neumeier was born in 1967 and lives in Cologne, Germany. She is married and is the mother of two children.

After she graduated from college in 1993 with a degree in sports science and a major in dance and psychology, she took on several engagements in theatres and dance performances.

Claudia has been a Reconnective Therapy practitioner since 2000.

 

 

 

 

 

Jake Kiakahi - certified practitioner

Jake Kiakahi was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is a graduate of the Dynamis School for Advanced Homeopathic Studies and has practiced Classical Homeopathy since 1997. He has professionally mentored homeopathic students and colleagues since 1999, and has conducted and published the provings of a number of new homeopathic remedies. He also owns and operates a homeopathic dispensary.

An avid outdoorsman, Jake particularly enjoys gardening, gathering wild food, and canoeing the remote areas of Minnesota near the Canadian border.

Jake has practiced Reconnective Therapy since 2007 and is currently training as a teacher of Reconnective Therapy. He lives and practices in his hometown of Minneapolis in the United States.

Shannon Nixon has an educational background in the fine arts and has studied a variety of natural healing modalities. She is currently based in Minneapolis, Minnesota and her interests include photography and Buddhism. She is in the process of being trained as a Reconnective Therapy practitioner.

Herwig Schoen

Herwig Schoen was born and raised in Germany. He is a licensed healing practitioner and practiced Classical Homeopathy from 1989 until 1998. From 1995-1998 he studied cranio-sacral therapy at the Upledger Institute in Germany and integrative manual therapy at DCR (Dialogs in Contemporary Rehabilitation) in the United States and Germany.

Herwig has developed Reconnective Therapy. He offers this new healing modality in treatments and trains practitioners in Europe and the United States. He is now based in Langley, Washington, in the United States.

 

 

Kerstin Schoen - certified practitioner



 
Herwig Schoen

Kerstin Schoen was born and raised in Austria. She has studied various energy medicine modalities since 1997. Kerstin received her Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of New Mexico in 2008. She worked as a Child Life Specialist in the Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque during her studies and is experienced in brief counseling, spiritual counseling, crisis intervention, especially with children, adolescents and family units, and is trained in mediation.

Kerstin started studying Reconnective Therapy in 2004 and has been a Reconnective Therapy practitioner since 2008. She is now based in Langley, Washington in the United States.
