Herwig Schoen was born and raised in Germany. He is a licensed healing practitioner and practiced Classical Homeopathy from 1989 until 1998. From 1995-1998 he studied cranio-sacral therapy at the Upledger Institute in Germany and integrative manual therapy at DCR (Dialogs in Contemporary Rehabilitation) in the United States and Germany.

Herwig has developed Reconnective Therapy. He offers this new healing modality in treatments and trains practitioners in Europe and the United States. He lives with his wife Kerstin in Langley, Washington, in the United States.

Kerstin Schoen was born and raised in Austria. She has studied various energy medicine modalities since 1997. Kerstin received her Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of New Mexico in 2008. She worked as a Child Life Specialist in the Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque during her studies and is experienced in solution focused brief therapy, spiritual counseling, crisis intervention, especially with children, adolescents and family units, and is trained in mediation.

Kerstin started studying Reconnective Therapy in 2004 and has been a Reconnective Therapy practitioner since 2008. She is now based in Langley, Washington in the United States.

Kurt Dirkorte, 1951 born in Munich – Germany, is a licensed healing practitioner and since 1989 practices traditional Natural Medicine, Osteopathy and Systemic Family-Constellation and -Counseling. He has experience with ZEN-Meditation, Taiji and QiGong as well as different methodes of Psychotherapy.

In 2008 he started training as a Reconnective Practitioner. His main focus is directed towards spirtuell unfoldment.

Kurt lives with his wife near a lake in southern Bavaria – Germany.

Karin Dirkorte, born 1957 in Heidelberg – Germany, is a licensed healing practitioner since 1998. Focus of her practice is Psychotherapy and Systemic Family Counseling. She is trained in various methods of humanistic psychotherapy (since 1989) and familiy therapy (since 1998). Her interest has always been the movement of the spirit.

2008 she started training as a Reconnective Practitioner.

Karin lives with her husband near a lake in southern Bavaria – Germany. She loves nature, music, life and travelling.

TraceyJoy Miller was born and raised in rural Wisconsin. Her healing practice draws on the tools of a method called "Ethics Based Spiritual Healing", CranioSacral Therapy, The Wallace Method, and Sat Nam Rasayan.

She was introduced to Reconnective Therapy as a client in 2006 and began training as a practitioner in 2009.

TraceyJoy is also an Interplay movement and improvisation leader. She and her cat Simon reside on South Whidbey Island enjoying the rural lifestyle and progressive community.
